Meet Katie Calabrese!
Katie is our extraordinary finance & administrative assistant at our Ford Lincoln of Amherst location and will be a part of the West Herr family four years this July. Katie originally started as a finance assistant at the store, and her position has morphed into a bit of a hybrid role for the dealership. She is a valued member of the store and is always willing to help in any areas needed whether it's a customer service related matter, calling a bank about a finance problem or helping a new hire get setup in the store.
What Katie loves about West Herr: Everyone at the company is so kind and welcoming. If anyone needs help at the store, the rest of the team steps in to help out. West Herr shows that it is truly dedicated to both it's employees and customers, and it's great to work for a company where making sure that the customer drives away happy is a top priority. Whether it is the Ride for Roswell or a donation basket for a local charity, West Herr's commitment to the community makes it company you can feel good about working for. Katie also wanted to specially thank our general manager, Tony Farina, for being such a great role model and for truly caring about each employee, always keeping their best interests in mind.
Katie grew up in Tonawanda and graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Social Sciences Interdisciplinary degree. She enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. In her spare time, she likes to hike, go for bike rides and check out state parks with her boyfriend, Matt Farina, who also works at our Ford Amherst location! Family is very important to Katie, and she's always sure to makes it to her family's weekly Wednesday night dinners!
