Peter Hagberg has been courageously battling a rare type of cancer called Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia for the past year and a half. "Last year was kind of tough," Hagberg said. "I was in the hospital more than I was out, and I had an infection because of the chemo and I was in the house pretty much the whole year."
He has always dreamed of one day becoming a Mustang GT convertible owner. West Herr is proud to have helped him make that dream become a reality earlier this month. Peter was able to purchase his Mustang without giving up his other dream item, a Gibson guitar!
We were touched by Peter's story and had the privilege of presenting him and his wife Jane with a check for $5,000 to help with medical costs and a road trip to visit their grandchildren. Wishing you both many amazing adventures in your new 'Stang!
