Say hello to Jennifer Sempert! She is our wonderful office manager at our Chrysler Jeep location. Jennifer actually joined our Chrysler Jeep team twenty-three years ago, before it was acquired from Marong back in 2003. She chose to work in automotive because her family has always worked in the industry; her father was actually a part of the Ford Stamping Plant. The combination of that and the fact that the dealership was ten minutes away from her house made it the perfect fit!
What she enjoys about working for West Herr: How family-oriented the company is toward their employees. That makes it a great place to work and provides such a happy atmosphere for both the customers and employees. When you enjoy what you do, it doesn't feel like you're going into work, and that is a great feeling to have.
Jennifer grew up in the Orchard Park area. She has three children; her youngest son is thrilled to be visiting Mama Duck, The World's Largest Rubber Duck, who will be making a stop at Canalside this upcoming weekend! Her daughter Kaitlynn is also a valued member of the West Herr family and works alongside Jennifer at Chrsyler Jeep. Jennifer loves to camp and enjoy the beautiful weather outdoors during the summer months.
