We would like to welcome Mike Vazquez Sr., Mike Vazquez Jr. and Jim Regan to the West Herr family!

Mike Vazquez Sr., Sales Manager at West Herr Honda
Mike Sr. has been in the automotive industry for over 27 years, getting his start in auto sales at Gary Pontiac after working in insurance sales. He then moved to a local Honda dealership in 2000 working in sales, and then made the move to management around 2003. He just made the switch to West Herr this month, and we are excited to have him on the team!
Why did he make the move to West Herr? It's nice to be a part of a group that does so much for the WNY community. The company seems to offer a great, team-oriented culture.
Mike grew up in Buffalo, and has been a Tonawanda resident for the past 25 years. He is married with two children, and has twin grandchildren on the way! He is in a bowling league with both Mike Jr. (son) and Jim (son-in-law), and when the weather is nice, they always make sure to have a friendly golf tournament each year.

Mike Vazquez Jr., Sales Manager at West Herr Kia Subaru
Mike Jr. is a sales manager over at our Kia Subaru location and a US Marine Corps veteran. After returning from Afghanistan back in 2012, Mike got his start in the auto industry at a local dealership. Mike saw the potential of working in automotive from his father, and started to work alongside him at the dealership.
Why did he make the move to West Herr? The potential opportunities for growth in the company.
Outside of work, hockey is one of Mike's favorite pastimes. He has been playing competitive hockey since he was three, and plays downtown at the Harbor Center. Mike also competes in Olympic lifting and crossfit. He grew up in Tonawanda, and him and his wife, Karen, are expecting a set of twins this April!

Jim Regan, Sales Professional at West Herr Honda
Jim is a Sales Professional at our Honda Lockport location. He has been in the car business since 2010, back when he started attending Daemen College. Jim held a variety of positions, ranging from detailer to lot attendant, while attending school. After he earned his Business Administration degree back in 2014, he decided to go the sales route at the local Honda dealership he had been working at. Jim was a bit leery of working in the industry at first, but once he started his sales career, everything fell into place. He even made it into the Presidents Club his first year of selling!
Why did he make the move to West Herr? He was ready to make the switch and felt that is was important to work for a company with a good reputation. Jim says that he is excited to be a part of a company that is always making changes and improving.
Jim is a former basketball star and played for Daemen while he was attending college. He loves anything sports related: Bills, Sabres, you name it! He recently married his wife, Kaley, this past year. Jim's sister, Emily, just recently won the gold medal for rowing in the summer Olympics, and he even got to be in Rio for the win!
