Best part of Ron's job: Just the fact that he gets to drive into work happy every morning, excited to do what he does. The high level of teamwork at the store allows everyone to well work together as one big team. The most important part of being in sales is earning the customer's trust. Once the customer can trust you, it allows you to build a relationship and provide them with a great car-buying experience.
Outside of work, Ron says he enjoys the simple things - nothing wrong with that! Ron enjoys spending as much time as he can with his two granddaughters and likes to spend his day off outdoors working on his yard.
