Meet Joe Defilippis!
Joe is an inventory control manager over at our Chevrolet of Orchard Park location. He is celebrating his seven year anniversary with the West Herr family this October. Before West Herr, Joe worked at Glen Campbell in their detail shop. He came over to his current location working in detailing for a year and half, shifting over to his current position about five and a half years ago.
Favorite part of the job? Just getting to do what he loves to do. Joe says West Herr is truly the "Disneyland" of dealerships; once you've worked at other dealerships, you really learn how caring and dedicated the company is to their employees and customers. He never thought that he'd work in the automotive industry, but it's turned into something he loves and looks forward to each day.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing percussion and is part of a jazz trio! He also likes taking part in drum circles and just recently ventured to Delaware Park for one. Joe also loves spending time with his family, his girlfriend and her two-year-old son. He's an avid Buffalo Sabres fan and looks forward to going to more games (winning, hopefully) this upcoming season.
