Meet our dynamic Infiniti service duo:
James Kiera & Brian Maunz
Get to know Jim:
Jim is a service advisor at our Infiniti of Williamsville location and will be with West Herr thirteen years this September. He started off at our Saturn of Orchard Park location as a lot attendant, moved to our three Chevy stores, Toyota OP, and then shifted over to his current position at our Infiniti location at the end of January.
What James likes most about his job? There's never a dull moment in his position. Every day is always different, offering new and exciting challenges to solve.
Outside of work, James loves playing sports; he loves to bowl and is in a softball league a couple nights a week. He's also a Bandits season ticket holder and hopes to make it to the home championship game if we win this Saturday (fingers crossed). He also enjoys spending time with his wife and three-year-old daughter.
Get to know Brian:
Brian is also a service advisor at Infiniti and has been a part of the West Herr family for about sixteen years. He got his start as a lot attendant at Saturn of Clarence, moving over to Ford Lincoln of Amherst, and then to his current position at Infiniti.
What Brian likes most about his job? Meeting new people and working on different problems each day. None of the vehicles' service needs are the same, so the position is never redundant or boring.
Brian is a South Wilson volunteer fireman. He is also a big Sabres fan and enjoys watching hockey and NASCAR. He's a bit of a car enthusiast, Corvettes in particular, which makes his job even more interesting! He loves to camp and take in the great outdoors during the warmer months and enjoys spending time with his wife and adorable twin sons.
Jim & Brian are important members of the team, and their dedication over the years is truly appreciated!
